The work on the new roof for the Museum continues today. On Mon., July 13, members of the El Paso County Roofing Contractors Association began the process of replacing the 1962 roof on the house. The Association is donating the workers, supplies, and equipment for this project.

The Museum Committee gathered in the Carriage House and provided lunch for workers on the first two days. Rains come early each afternoon, so the work will continue on Mondays and Tuesdays until the roof is completed.
